The 'core' of our entire system is 'The Knowledge Rack'.
Each of 'The Knowledge Racks' is capable of performing over 120,000 transactions per minute.
For sponsorship purposes - we are treating each rack as a series of separate components.
You do not own any part of the equipment you have sponsored - nor do you have access to any of the data contained within.
'The Knowledge Rack' contains the following sponsorable elements:
CPU - (Central Processing Unit) - 120 Elements
HD - Hard Disk and associated Communication ports - 120 Elements
PS - Power Supply and all other cabling and rack parts - 80 elements
This equates to 320 possible sponsorships per rack.
We will need a maximum of 80,000 racks, over the next five years, to cover the entire planet.

Participation in the 'sponsorship profit pool' -
- From each and every transaction performed using all 'The Knowledge Racks';- 0.01 credits (Ð0.01) will be put aside into the pool.
- This will be dispersed daily to the sponsors 'sponsorship account' until the 'sponsorship profit pool' is terminated.
- The 'sponsorship profit pool' will terminate either by (whichever occurs first) :
- The end of the 'pool' arrangement will be midnight (NZT)30th September 2009, whereupon the final dispersment will occur, or
- when the first sponsor receives a 10 times return. (yes, thats Ð2,500)
- The pools funds are to be split daily, and evenly, between all members of the 'sponsorship profit pool'.
- There is a maximum limit of 40,000 sponsorships, (that will capitalise us to the tune of 10,000,000)
- It is hoped that as a sponsor you will use these pool proceeds in other investment opportunities within IPO2Asset.
There are no guarantees that the 'sponsorship profit pool' will have reached Ð2,500 by 30th September 2009 (Remember: this is a sponsorship NOT an investment, we cannot guarantee anything.)
